Trailmark and eligibility
“Trailmark,” “Trailmark Studio,” “we,” and “us” refer to the seller operating shoptrailmark.com. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement and provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information.
Personalized products
Trailmark sells made-to-order fine-art posters built from a selected outdoor route and the personalization approved at checkout. Product photographs and browser previews are presentation aids. Screen brightness, display calibration, paper, ink, acrylic, framing, and ambient light can create reasonable physical differences that are not production defects.
You are responsible for reviewing the title, dates, names, saying, statistics, style, size, frame, quantity, and delivery address before payment. The shipping and returns policy explains the limited correction, cancellation, replacement, and refund process.
Route information is not navigation advice
Trailmark uses reviewed geographic data to represent the purchased route accurately, but the poster is decorative artwork—not a current navigation source, safety plan, land-access determination, or statement of present trail conditions. Do not use a poster for backcountry navigation or emergency decisions.
Customer-provided content
You keep ownership of text and files you provide. You grant Trailmark and its service providers a limited license to store, reproduce, adapt for layout, render, print, and deliver that content solely to provide the requested product and support the order.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, deceptive, invasive of privacy, or that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights. We may reject or refund an order that cannot be lawfully or safely produced.
Prices, shipping, tax, and payment
Store prices are in U.S. dollars and apply to the product configuration shown. Shipping is separate and is calculated for the confirmed address before payment. Any tax charged is shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. Stripe processes payment; complete card credentials do not enter Trailmark's systems.
Submitting payment authorizes the displayed product, shipping, and tax total. A payment receipt does not require us to fulfill an order that is fraudulent, technically invalid, unavailable, unlawful, or inconsistent with the saved checkout record. If we cannot accept a paid order, we will cancel it and issue the appropriate refund.
Production and fulfillment
Trailmark validates the paid design and print file before founder-approved submission to FinerWorks. FinerWorks produces and ships the physical order as Trailmark's fulfillment provider; it does not replace Trailmark as the customer's support contact. We may pause an order to resolve a payment, route, artwork, supplier, address, or quality issue.
Store content and acceptable use
The storefront, layouts, software, graphics, product presentation, and Trailmark branding are owned by Trailmark or used under license. You may use the site to review and purchase products, but may not scrape protected assets, interfere with the service, probe security controls, copy the storefront for resale, or use the site unlawfully.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site and product data accurate, but the service can be interrupted and supplier availability can change. To the extent permitted by law, Trailmark is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from site use or an order. Trailmark's aggregate responsibility for a claim concerning a purchased item will not exceed the amount paid for the affected item and its associated shipping, except where applicable law does not permit that limit.
Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future site use and orders. The effective date at the top identifies the current version; the terms displayed when an order is placed govern that order unless a change is required by law.
